This sturdy carbon steel grill works with charcoal or wood. It can be easily lifted on or off with the stay cool handles, or tipped up to adjust the coals. The grill fits onto the top of the wind-shield which gives the ideal grilling height. It comes pre-seasoned and must be maintained like any carbon steel cookware- get the grill hot and wipe down with cooking oil before use. *note- the grill must be used in conjunction with the wind-shield. Always use grill mitts when handling hot cookware.
